FRAMINGHAM – Framingham firefighters extinguished a wooden fence fire at 3:30 a.m. today, June 22 in the Nobscot section of the City.

Around 3:30 a.m. Framingham Fire Engine 7, Engine 2, Rescue 1, Tower 1 & Car 2 responded to Juniper Lane for a reported fire. 

On arrival Engine 7 assisted homeowner with extinguishment of a wooden fence, said Framingham Fire Chief Michael Dutcher.

“It appears as though a short circuit in a string of decorative lights caught a section of wooden fence on fire,” said the fire chief.
