  A:Yes ,we are a factory with 12000 sqm modern workshop and about 90 workers.and focus on main gate,garden fence,balustrade & handrail,staircase,decorative screen systems since 2004.

2)Q:how to install?
 A:According to your floor material, choose pull screws or self-tapping screws. We will provide drawings. We have any questions to ask us when installing.

3)Q:May I know how the purchasing is safe online?

4) Q:Can you install the automatic motor for me?

     A:40% deposit, balance paid before delivery.
6)Q:Do I need to do extra cutting and welding of the balustrades?
     A:There is no need to cutting and welding,we will produce the balustrade exactly according to your projects,and the only thing you need to do just drilling for bolts ,and screw them tight.
 
7)Q:Are they same strong as steel/iron or wood ones?
   A:Aluminum alloy is a new trend of building material,light but strong,our balustrade are by casting and solid ,very heavy and strong.
 
8)Q:What is the warranty of this product?
   A:we offer 2 year warranty,and promise 8 year indoor use for electroplate and anodize finish,15 years for paint finish.

9)Q:Why there are some same balustrade price much lower than our imagine?
    A:there are two factors,material and Surface finishing.1)some small factory use recycle aluminum alloy,though it is looks  same as our product after coating,but inside there are holes,and the coating will have Air Bubble inside after some time.then whole coating peal off. 2)finish,some factory never do the grinding at some small parts,so there will be glitch and unflat.lower the whole product Visual quality.
