Colorado Springs, Colorado (CBS4)-In Colorado Springs, a deer caught in a fence was rescued from an unusual plight. Colorado parks and wildlife officials saved the animal's life.

The deer were trapped between the metal railings of the fence. The officials cut down the fence and released the deer.

There are decorative dots on the top of the fence, which may be dangerous for animals trying to jump over the fence.
