St. Ignace, Michigan-The public has a chance to own a piece of Michigan history.
According to the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), five steel gratings on the Mackinac Bridge have been auctioned.
MDOT announced the news on social media on behalf of the Mackinac Bridge Authority (MBA). If you have any questions, please contact the MBA at 906-643-7600.
Bidding for all five works will end on Wednesday, December 22.
