This South Korean show tells the story of several people who are heavily in debt risking their lives in a series of sadistic games, all in order to have a chance to win a life-changing amount of money. Since its launch on the streaming service last month, Squid Game has been a surprise for Netflix.

Although the series mainly focused on Ki Hoon (played by Lee Jung Jae), many of the masked villains in the show soon became pop idols and even inspired their own series of Funko Pop figurines.
