But whether they be talent, funding, community organizations, business-minded legislation or anything else, people are at the heart of the matter. It’s the people who broker venture capital deals, people who build the hardware behind robots, people at the lab bench and people negotiating behind government doors.

Given that, below is Technical.ly’s list of people doing that work and more in Pittsburgh.
