Castle Harlan Partners V, LP’s portfolio company, as part of CMC’s strategy to expand its leadership in the field of construction solutions, today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement for Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) ("CMC" ) Acquisition.
